Visa Requirements
Many attendees will require a visa to enter Canada. Processing can take 3–6 months, so apply as early as possible to ensure you can participate in SARMAC 2027.
Application Steps:

Register for SARMAC 2027
Register for the Congress as early as possible. During registration, request a Letter of Invitation – this letter will include your Special Event Code and a confirmation of your payment. Both are required as part of your visa application.

Check Your Visa Requirements:
- Visa-required countries:
Apply for a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) via the IRCC Secure Network. - Visa-exempt countries:
Apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA).
To confirm whether you need a TRV or eTA, see the official IRCC website.

Gather Required Documents
Passport, invitation letter, proof of funds, and other supporting materials.

Submit Your Application ASAP
Avoid delays by applying early and ensuring all documents are complete.
