Housing Piracy Warning
WARNING: Please beware of housing piracy companies. They will contact attendees/sponsors to book rooms through their channels and are claiming that they control the rooms for the conference. They do not. These companies charge non-refundable deposits from the moment you book their rooms; thus, making it impossible for attendees to cancel their reservations. In some situations, rooms are not booked even when payment has been taken.
Important: Accommodation Location
The conference hotel is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, and attendees may notice that some lower-cost accommodation options are available within a short walk of the venue. This area has a rich history and is home to a vibrant community, but we want to be transparent that it currently experiences high levels of poverty and drug use, and some attendees may not feel comfortable staying or spending time there. If you are looking for more affordable accommodation, we have provided some lower-cost options within the downtown core, and attendees may also wish to explore options along Vancouver's SkyTrain routes, where accommodation can be found at a range of price points within easy reach of the conference venue.
Terms & Conditions
Room Rates
Rates include Basic Guest Room Wi-Fi. Breakfast is NOT included. Rooms are $469.00 per night and accommodate up to two guests. Additional guests beyond the first two (up to a maximum of four guests per room) are subject to a pre-tax fee of $35.44 per person, per night.
Inclusions
Rates are charged in CAD and based on single & double occupancy excluding taxes and fees, currently at 18.5%. The tax rate is subject to change without notice.
Booking Deadline
Booking Deadline: May 18, 2027 and is subject to availability. Rooms may be sold out prior to this date.
Payment Terms
A credit card is mandatory for every reservation.
Cancellation and Reduction in Room Nights Policy
Cancellations and reductions in room nights must be made no later than May 7, 2027, to avoid a penalty charge equal to the full stay. Cancellations and reductions in room nights after May 7, 2027, will result in all room nights being charged to the credit card on file. No refunds will be issued for no shows. In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
